Trust and AI disclosure

You are trusting us with your customers. Here is how we earn it.

Plain answers on how our assistants behave, what happens to your information, and how we keep this site and our tools secure.

Our commitments

  • AI is always disclosed

Every assistant tells people it is an AI at the start of a chat or call. We never pretend a machine is a person.

  • People stay in charge

Anything sensitive or unclear goes to a person on your team, with the details already written down.

  • We collect only what we need

A name and a way to reach you, and what you want help with. Nothing more.

  • We do not sell your data

    No advertising, no data brokers.

  • Deletion on request

Ask us to delete your information and we will.

  • Straight talk

If AI is not the right answer for you, we will say so on the first call.

What happens to a conversation

  1. 01

    You chat or speak

Alice and Sarah are AI. You are told so at the start, and a call only begins after you agree.

  2. 02

    An AI provider helps reply

Your messages or speech go to the providers listed in our privacy policy so the assistant can answer.

  3. 03

    Details reach our team

If you ask for a call back, the name and contact details you give go to us through the contact form.

  4. 04

    Records are deleted

Chat transcripts and call recordings are deleted after up to 90 days.

What to keep out of chats and calls

Please don't share payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or health information with an AI assistant. If you need to share something sensitive with us, email us and ask first.

Security on this site

  • Encrypted connection

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit.

  • No trackers, no cookies

No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies.

  • Confirm deployment controls

Origin restrictions and rate limits depend on the deployed service. We review these controls for the agreed implementation before launch.

  • Agree access to records

Your project scope should identify who can access conversation records, how access is controlled and how removal is handled.

  • Third parties named openly

Fonts come from Google Fonts, and the voice library from jsDelivr when you start a call. Every provider is listed in our privacy policy.

  • Nothing hidden in the code

The site does not load hidden scripts, and its permissions are kept as narrow as we can make them.

For our clients

Information you share for a project is used only to deliver that project, kept confidential, and shared only with the people working on it. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. What we build for you is yours, as set out in our written agreement.

Report a security issue

If you think you have found a vulnerability, please email connect@lucentiagroup.io with the subject Security and enough detail for us to reproduce it. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days.

Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you make it public, and please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while you investigate. Our contact details for security reports are also available in a machine-readable file at /.well-known/security.txt.
