Who we are
Lucentia Group LLC is a Delaware limited liability company ("Lucentia", "we"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our AI assistants, Alice and Sarah, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.
Questions or requests: connect@lucentiagroup.io.
What we collect
- When you send us a message. The contact form collects your name, your business name (optional), your email address and/or phone number, and your message.
- When you chat with Alice. The messages you type and anything you choose to share. If you ask for a call back, the name and contact details you give.
- When you talk to Sarah. A recording of the call, a transcript, and anything you say. We ask for your agreement before a call starts.
- Technical information. Like any website, the services that deliver this site and its features receive your IP address and browser details when your browser connects. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our AI assistants
Alice and Sarah are AI assistants, not people. They can make mistakes, and what they say is general information, not advice. Please do not share payment card details, passwords, government ID numbers or health information with them. You can ask for a person at any time by emailing connect@lucentiagroup.io.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and follow up, to run and improve our assistants and services (for example, reviewing conversations to find questions they could not answer), to keep this site secure and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who handles it for us
We use the following service providers. Each handles information only to provide its service to us.
- Vercel and Supabase run our own lead system. Contact-form messages, and the details our assistants pass on when you ask to be contacted, are received by our server on Vercel and stored in a database hosted by Supabase.
- Cloudflare runs the back end of the Alice chat assistant and stores chat transcripts.
- OpenAI provides the language model that writes Alice's replies. Your chat messages are sent to it.
- ElevenLabs runs Sarah: speech recognition, her voice, call recording, transcripts and conversation analysis. It uses third-party AI language models to do this.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which therefore receives your IP address.
- jsDelivr delivers a code library needed for voice calls, only when you start a call.
- Our website host and email provider.
We may also share information where the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
Where it is processed
Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Chat transcripts: up to 90 days.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days.
- Contact-form and callback details: as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
If we work together, information about your project is covered by our agreement with you.
Voice calls and recording
Before a call with Sarah starts, we tell you that she is an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed, and we ask you to agree. If you would rather not, please use the contact form or email instead.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. When you agree to a voice call, your browser remembers that for the rest of your visit using session storage, and forgets it when you close the tab.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email connect@lucentiagroup.io. We will reply within 30 days, and we may need to check that the request comes from you.
Security
We limit who can access conversation records and protect them with access credentials. We restrict which websites can use our assistants and limit how many requests they can receive. No system is completely secure. If something happens that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
To report a vulnerability, see our security page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
